Nandkishor Shah

A management graduate with over 30 years of experience in marketing, advertising, education, and risk advisory across three continents.

From an early age, he showed strong communication and creative skills, earning over 100 medals and 300 certificates in debate, essay, and drama competitions. He was recognized as “Best Debater” by his state university, Junior Chamber, Rotary Club, and Lions Club, and was also honored as “Best Child Actor” by the state of Gujarat in 1986. He was among the youngest speakers featured on All India Radio’s youth forum program.

Over his professional journey, Nandkishor has founded and developed multiple brands in advertising and education. Through his education ventures, he has helped many students choose the right academic paths and build meaningful careers. His marketing frameworks were also studied by management institutes between 1997 and 1999 as strong examples of brand building and strategy.

He also works as a risk advisor, helping small businesses get the right insurance coverage and supporting them with simple and practical marketing plans for growth.

In his career, he has conducted over 5,000 interviews, hired more than 3,000 people, and trained nearly 600 professionals—reflecting his deep understanding and experience in human resource development.

Beyond business success, Nandkishor is deeply committed to service and community building. As a Founder Board Member of the Chamber, he brings strategic insight in marketing, human capital development, finance, and foundational legal understanding. His vision and contribution continue to strengthen the Chamber’s mission of growth, trust, and collective progress.
